Step-by-Step Account Deletion Checklist
Follow these simple steps within the app to initiate your account deletion process. Please note, for security and verification purposes, final deletion requests must be submitted via email.

Step 1: Open OZZI Global Safety
Step 2: Login to your Account
Step 3: Tap the hamburger menu at the top of the Home Screen
Step 4: Tap Account & Subscription
Step 5: Tap Delete My Account
Step 6: Confirm you would like to delete your account.
CAUTION: This action cannot be undone.
Email Deletion Request
If you prefer for us to delete your account for you, please send an email to info@ozzi.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” In your email, include your username and the email associated with your account. Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
