OZZI works on both Apple and Android mobile phones. If using an Apple device, we recommend using OZZI on an iPhone X or newer. If using an Android device, we recommend using a Google Pixel 4, Samsung Galaxy S10 or newer.

OZZI’s safety guides are perfect for international travel safety. 9 details categories help you understand how to prepare for customs check points, public transit, and shopping. Our safety guides also help you understand local customs and provide advice on gestures that might cause offense. Safety guides help you save hours of preparation time when visiting new and familiar locations.
Panic Button
OZZI’s panic button connects you to local emergency services based on your location. Because some locations have separate contact numbers for police, fire, and medical emergencies, OZZI has a dedicated button for each service.
OZZI detects, maps, and notifies users of emergency incidents in every country and body of water on earth. Our coverage is most effective in major cities. Safety notifications for remote and maritime locations are available when an event will have a broad impact to safety.

Downloading and signing up for OZZI is free. To unlock all features of the OZZI safety app, a purchase is required. The free version previews the safety features available in OZZI.
When you upgrade to a paid plan, you get complete access to app contents, safety advice, and safety guides. All features are available after upgrading to a paid plan. The coverage area of your plan may vary and is based on your location or the Home City you select during signup.
When signing up for a paid OZZI plan, you can select State, Country, or World coverage. Each plan determines the coverage area for your OZZI membership. For example, if you define your Home City as Phoenix, Arizona, State coverage will provide safety benefits for the entire state of Arizona. Country coverage provides safety benefits for the entire United States. World coverage gives users benefits anywhere in the world.
The right plan depends on your lifestyle. Families in travel sports select the Country plan, while Nomads go with the World plan.
We collect basic personal details when you sign up for the app. When location sharing is enabled, you will be able to take advantage of all OZZI features.

To receive alerts for all nearby risks and to ensure OZZI is always updated with the latest safety information, location permission must be set to ‘Always’ within OZZI. We recommend location sharing is configured to ‘Always Allow’ OZZI access to your device location.
To ensure location sharing does not excessively drain your battery, allow OZZI access to motion or fitness data so location sharing is not active when your device is stationary.
If location sharing is only available when the app is open, OZZI will only automatically refresh with nearby risk warnings while the app is in the foreground.

To cancel your active OZZI subscription, you’ll need to manage it through the platform you originally used to subscribe (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Please note that OZZI does not control the subscription cancellation process.
To delete your OZZI account, follow these steps directly in the OZZI app:
- Open the app and log into your account.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Tap Account & Subscription.
- Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm the action.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
