OZZI SMS Opt-In Workflow
This page documents the SMS opt-in process for the OZZI mobile application, as required for Twilio Toll-Free verification.
Step 1: Entry Screen
Users tap “Get Started” to begin the sign-up flow.
Step 2: Phone Number + Checkbox (Unchecked)
Users enter their phone number and see an unchecked box for SMS consent.
Step 3: Checkbox Checked
Users must manually check the box to proceed and give explicit SMS consent.
Step 4: Confirmation Screen
After submitting, users are shown a screen prompting them to enter the code sent to their phone.
Step 5: Sample SMS Message
SMS message users receive after opting in:
Your OZZI verification code is: 123456. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out. HELP for help.
Additional Compliance Info
- Checkbox is unchecked by default and must be manually checked to continue.
- We store user consent timestamps securely.
- All messages include STOP and HELP instructions.
